Directions  
Drink daily beginning on the first day of menstruation. Drink the tea during ovulation to prepare the body for pregnancy, or into menstruation to elevate PMS symptoms.

Bring 1 cup of water to boil, and add 1-2 tbsp herbs, let steep for 5-8 minutes, remove leaves and enjoy. Drink daily beginning on first day menstruation.  Drink during ovulations to prepare the body for pregnancy, or until menstruation to alleviate PMS symptoms.
