Directions
Add 1-2 tbsp of tea to hot water, let steep for several minutes, remove leaves and enjoy. Drink to regulate the cycle or after coming off birth control.
Weeks 1 & 2: drink three times per day.
Week 3: drink two times per day.
Week 4: drink one time per day.
Discontinue after four weeks. Not for use in pregnancy.

Anonymous It took over a month for it to arrive. There's hardly any product in the little packet...for the frequency in which you're supposed to drink it for 4 weeks I'm not sure if it's going to last. I've been trying to reuse each TBSP as much as I can. Pretty expensive for a tiny packet. Currently on week 2 so we'll see if it works. Don't order if you have an immediate need and want to try this.

Joyce I started taking this the day that I had my IUD removed just like the directions say for four weeks. I have had two normal cycles since then, when I have been irregular my whole life even on birth control to help regulate my cycle. The taste is not great, but the benefits outweigh it by far.

Charlotte Anderson The taste is horrible and I boil my water and even added honey to see if that would improve the taste of it and after trying it twice I just couldn't bare the taste of it and would never purchase it again. I still got almost a full bag of it so I lost money on it because I couldn't drink it
