I have (But love to say HAD) POLYCYSTIC. OVARIAN. SYNDROME.

Many people have heard of PCOS before, but don’t really know what it is, what it means, and how it can change someone’s life.

Once one develops PCOS, it is not curable and that person will have that condition for the rest of their life. However, as I am sure many of you who also suffer have heard from medical professionals before, we can attempt to manage the symptoms; but, really, there isn’t much that can be done. For this reason, that is one of my WHYS behind Gracefully Natural. Here is yet another condition medical professionals cannot help with.

PCOS is a hormone imbalance in the body. I know you’ve heard me and my team preach about it before, “get those hormones straight!” But, here I am, with a condition that makes it hard to control my hormones. When your hormones aren’t in balance, it’s almost a dead giveaway that you can’t conceive. My heart hurts so much for all the women who get told this. However, I am here to tell you- IT. IS. POSSIBLE.

For the past 5 years I have suffered from serious cramps during ovulation that kept me from work, hair loss, headaches, and ultimately not feeling myself during my menstrual period of my cycle (which who knew how long that would last).

I started taking care of myself NATURALLY. I use my own products REGULARLY. I studied the ingredients. I knew what I was putting on and in my body for a reason. And now I get to share these amazing products with you. You get the product of many hours of hard work and labor.

I am telling you IT. WORKS.

I. AM. EXPECTING.

I was told that this would never happen again, and it happened. I don’t think I could give enough credit to Gracefully Natural and GOD! All praise to him!

Now, I can’t wait to share all the must haves about my journey to get here with you! You know that means….. NEW kits and products!
